All digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a subscription through Roots & Roam, you agree to the following subscription-specific terms:

Subscription Billing

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Payment will be charged to the payment method provided at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting Roots & Roam before your next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Access to Content

Subscription meal plans and related materials are provided digitally. Access is granted for the duration of your active subscription and may be revoked upon cancellation or non-payment.
