Refund Policy

At Roots & Roam, each service and product is thoughtfully prepared and customized. Due to the nature of digital products and planning services, refunds are limited and handled according to the guidelines below.

Meal Plans (Digital Products)

All meal plans are delivered digitally and are considered final sale.

Because plans are created specifically for your household and delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds once the plan has been sent. However, if you experience an issue or feel your plan does not reflect your submitted preferences, please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly make reasonable adjustments.

Monthly Meal Plan Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each month.

  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

  • Once a monthly plan has been delivered, that month is non-refundable.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription month.

Travel Planning Services

Travel planning fees compensate for time, research, coordination, and booking expertise and are non-refundable once services have begun.

Refunds for travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tours, etc.) are subject strictly to each vendor’s individual cancellation policies. Roots & Roam cannot override or guarantee third-party refunds.

Real Estate Services

Real estate services are governed by Wisconsin licensing regulations and brokerage agreements. Any commission or fee structure will be outlined separately in signed agreements.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate purchase occurred

  • A technical error prevented delivery

  • Services were not provided due to an internal error
