Roots & Roam meal plans began in my own kitchen usually around 5 p.m., when the day was catching up to me, the fridge looked half-empty, and that familiar question echoed through the house: “What’s for dinner?”

As a mom, I know first-hand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle everything: work, family, life and still find the energy to make a meal everyone actually wants to eat. I also know the guilt that creeps in when takeout becomes the default.

With a background in culinary arts, hospitality, and a lifelong love of creating experiences through food, I started experimenting with simple, realistic meal plans that actually fit into busy life.

What started as a personal solution soon became a passion project. Friends began asking for the meal plans I was using, and that’s when Roots & Roam Meal Planning was born.

My goal is to take the mental load out of mealtime. Each plan is thoughtfully designed to be nourishing, approachable, and family-friendly.
